How I Survive Cancer

I learned I had this cancer in 2003 by accident.  I had gotten sick, ended up in hospital.  Just as they were about to release me the Internal Disease doctor wanted to do another test.  There they found the tumors in my small intestines and colon.

After a successful surgery I'm doing great.  I knew there was one tumor still in the liver, but now I'm learning there are possibly 5 more tumors.  Guess I'll find out more next week.

How I Fight for a Cure

Living one day at a time and trusting in God and that the doctors will find a cure.

I have not started on Sandostatin but probably will by next week.  Meantime, I try to eat better, exercise and stay positive.

It's nice to read other stories.

My Caring Words of Encouragement

On my desk is a picture which reminds me that God is always with me and is the strength I need to do all things.  In the picture, I am suspended beneath a parachute and my feet are dangling in the Atlantic Ocean.

Living triumphantly, trust God!
