How I Survive Cancer

I try to remember that I am not super-human.

There are days I need to slow down.  I read about how to take better care of myself and try to listen to what my body is telling me.

I include things in my life that I enjoy, release things I do not.

How I Fight for a Cure

Before having cancer, both of my grandfathers died due to the disease.  I starting doing the "Jimmy Fund Walk" in their memory.

I continue to walk in memory of them and walk for myself as well.

My Caring Words of Encouragement

We have those days where we feel like digging a huge hole and never coming out.  That's okay!

Some days I cry and feel bad, but I know tomorrow will be and always is brighter.

I pray one day we will all be cancer free!
