How I Survive Cancer

I do yoga every day and eat an excellent diet.

I listen to my doctors but also look for cures they cannot give me.  Massage therapy is great for the resulting scar from the thoracotomy.

My Caring Words of Encouragement

The despair upon finding out you have cancer is one that is so deep and personal that I found it really hard to share with my friends and family.  I am only 32 and a mother of two very small kids.

I know I am "lucky" but really I would rather have not had cancer.

Warm love and wishes to those who are newly diagnosed, I would not relive those early days for anything.  The not knowing is the hardest part and now that I am post-treatment I can say with certainty that you will get through this and maybe be surprised at how strong you really are.
