How I Survive Cancer
I try to put a focus on the following:
- counting my blessings in life rather than pondering the rough bits
- enjoying every day pleasures
- living with/in meditation and its consequences
- learning the cello with a focus on enjoyment rather than performance
- acting as normally as possible rather than creating an 'aura' of illness
- remembering to laugh at myself and with my body
- appreciating those who provide support
